What is our delivery time?

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+01:00) will be processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days.
Delivery Time:
Our estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on location and customs delays.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately not. Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed. Please make sure to double-check your details before completing your checkout.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email (including Track & Trace). Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
What are the return conditions?
Orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the package. The product must be returned in its original condition, must not be damaged, and should not have any unusual smells. If the product does not meet these conditions, we will return the item to you and cannot issue a refund. Please check this carefully before returning the product. And we will refund the entire amount to your bank account within 14 working days.
